NA Ecommerce Acceleration Lead
Kacie spent 10+ years with Newell Brands, holding roles from digital brand management, ecommerce trade marketing, to global ecommerce strategy. She was patient 0 in Newell’s ecommerce division in 2014 and helped grow the team and capabilities to cover ecommerce sales, digital shelf, global strategy, trade marketing, performance marketing and ecommerce analytics. Most recently, she was Head of Ecommerce for Wavemaker, a GroupM agency. She was tasked with building the practice from the ground-up and scaling across key clients. She worked to build new ad tech tools, ecommerce reporting, first to market vendor relationships and overall ecommerce growth strategies for companies like Colgate, Church and Dwight, L’Oreal, IKEA and Danone In her current role she will identify and implement new capabilities required to accelerate ecommerce across North America. She will partner with cross-functional and regional leadership to drive growth, create org’s that align to consumer behavior and deliver thoughtful integration between the development and delivery sides of the business.
