Jennifer is a media and communications executive with a focus on consumer strategies and experiences across mature and emerging markets. In her current role as the Global Director of Media Strategy & Planning, Jennifer is responsible for creating potential for superior holistic consumer experiences that build stronger brands and influences over $1.3BN in investment through advancing media excellence across local markets. In her prior role as Director of North America Media, Jennifer led major strategic initiatives resulting in $750MM in incremental Net Revenue and over 100% ROI growth. Her work at Mondelez has included the implementation of a new media agency ecosystem, leadership of a comprehensive restructuring of media investment and partnerships, embedded digital first mindsets through Empathy@Scale, and the launch of the “Digital Accelerator”, our approach to organic social conversations, leading to the modernization of how brands plan, invest and deliver growth.
