Senior Director, Experience Planning
Senior Director of Experience Planning at Kellogg Company leading a 25-person team responsible for $380MM in brand building for over 16+ portfolio brands to create integrated consumer experiences across media, multicultural, content, social, influencer, shopper, promotions, Commerce, Philanthropy and owned channels. During her nearly 4 years at Kellogg, she has launched the Experience Planning practice, launched the Cultural & Inclusion Marketing team and in-house Social model, deployed Kellogg’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Marketing Steering Committee, and led the development of the ED&I marketing goals for talent, go-to-market strategies, including the roll-out of CIIM and industry partnerships and pledges. In partnership with Kellogg’s Business Employee Resource groups, she led the launch of Together With Pride/All Together cereal launch supporting the LGBTQIA+ community in partnership with GLAAD, as well as the Black History. Prior to coming to Kellogg, Sue has 20+ years of experience on the agency side leading strategic marketing, total market media planning and buying and implementing innovative, multimillion-dollar holistic commercial plans across multiple categories inclusive of P&G, ABI, MillerCoors, Burger King, and Boeing. Sue started the pro bono practice at Starcom, which provided strategic direction and media execution for 6 non-profits, led by 40 agency volunteers and generating $20MM in donated media.
