What if the sessions won't load?

After registering, you should have received an email from Commerce Live with a button to access the website; clicking on this button will automatically activate your account. If you have not received this email please contact the event organizer.
Contact OrganizerOn the authentication page, you can click on "forgot your password." Provided that you have already created an account, you will receive an email with a verification code to change it. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Go to the authentication pageOn this platform, you can exchange messages and video calls with other participants and benefit from contact recommendations in your participant account.
It’s easy! Just go to the agenda page (agenda button in the menu) and click on the icon on the top right corner of a session to bookmark it.
You can also click on a session to reach the session detail page and click on the “bookmark” button under the video player.
Bookmarking sessions add them to your personalized agenda in your participant account— click on "My Account” in the menu and then on the “My agenda” tab to access. This will allow for easier access to the sessions you want to watch on the day of.
View My BookmarksYes! All registrants will have access to the sessions on demand after Commerce Live has wrapped. You can access the sessions on demand through the Watch On-Demand page and navigating to each individual session. Alternatively you can access the sessions through your bookmarked sessions in your account.
View AgendaNo worries! The sessions will be available to registrants on demand, just make sure you're logged in!
View AgendaOnly speaker videos will be shared during each session. You will have the option to turn on your camera and speak with other event attendees through the platform's networking functions by going to your "My contacts" tab of your account and reaching out to other attendees to request a video call. Calls can only happen if both parties opt in.
On the right side of the screen for most sessions you will see a "Discussion" and "Questions" button that will allow you to type in your comments and questions in real time as the sessions are airing. Provided there is enough time, speakers will try to answer these questions during their sessions.
Sure! You can access your profile, send messages to other participants, update your info, etc.
