Chris is a pioneer in the eCommerce CPG space with more than 15 Years of eCommerce Sales & Strategic Analytics for top brands at companies like Energizer, Newell Brands & Helen of Troy. His experience is both broad and deep across eCommerce and brick-n-mortar. Chris is an advocate of turning Big Data into actionable insights. From his early days as a Dunnhumby analyst, to the Chairman of a Global eCommerce Council at Helen of Troy - he knows data is king. As the Consumer becomes the Channel, insights overlap and the line between eCommerce & brick blur. Chris was hired by Helen of Troy, to implementing a ‘bid data’ strategic playbook for eCommerce growth in the Beauty space (Revlon, Bed Head, Drybar & Hot Tools) using his learnings in the Kitchen, Housewares & Outdoors spaces (Crockpot, Sunbeam, Yankee Candle, Coleman). While everyone seeks year-over-year growth as a barometer for success, understanding the category/consumer dynamics and share is the North Star. Chris is a lover of the musical arts and enjoys learning new instruments. His favorite is the piano in his office – which has been known to creep into an occasional zoom meeting. Chris has been married to his amazing wife Kristy for 20+ years and they have three children.
